Exchange

·         No excange of products/goods sold on sale/promotion/discount

·         Unused garments can be wxchanged within 7 days

·         All tags & labels should be intact

·         Original reciept is required

·         Accessories cannot be changed

Refund

·         Cash will not be refunded

Claims

·         Claims to be settled within 7 working days

·         Products will be sent to or for approval or decision

·         Original receipt required

·         Only manufacturing faults are acceptable

·         No claim for accessories (Shoes, Bags and Jewellery etc)

·         No claim shall be encountered during proomotion/sale/dicount
